Strategy to Score high marks in UPSC Prelims Exam 2018

If you are one of those aspirants who wish to appear in UPSC Prelims Exam 2018, you should start your IAS preparation on a serious note. I feel that preliminary stage is most brutal stage because here, dreams of a large number of aspirants come to its end at least for a year.
